Who is concerned: All the vehicles HGVs over 7, 5 tones travelling over the Motorways and some Federal roads must pay the German toll.
It is a free flow satellite toll system (Toll Collect)
The amount of the tax is calculated based on:

• The number of kilometers travelled over the network;
• The number of axles of the vehicle;
• The euro emissions class of the vehicle.

The toll is not subject to local VAT.. There is no toll discounts in Germany.
System of payment:

• Automatic mode, by equipping you with a satellite OBU installed directly into the vehicle;
• Manual mode, by simply declaring your future transactions online by “Fahrzgkarte”;
• Manual mode via internet.

CTI CIRIOTTO is responsible for the registration procedure at Toll Collect and take charge of the deferred payment of the German tolls (post-pay).

The matter of the posting of workers abroad is particularly long and complex topic, repeatedly subject to clarifications by INPS and INAIL, as well as to the Legitimacy of Law decisions.
